ASFitness hold regular two hour classes throughout the week.
Group classes are designed to train attendees in all aspects of Muay Thai dependant on their skill level. Beginners train with other beginners while the more experienced train with other more experienced people.
Classes start with a full range of physical exercise routines, followed by training in Muay
Thai boxing and kicking techniques dependant on experience.
All training is done using pads, gloves, and other protection provided by ASFitness, although you are welcome to bring your own equipment.
Classes usually end with sparring allowing your trainer and colleagues to assess your progress.
ASFitness also offers personalised training for individuals who want individual tuition.
These are held where and when required, and last for about an hour. The focus is on giving individuals
what they need.
Classes consist of fitness training combined with Muay Thai instruction matched to the skills of the trainee.
All pads, gloves and equipment are provided if required.
